Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be made by phoning 07 4946 4455, by email
or via our website. All bookings must be secured with a one night’s accommodation
deposit by credit card at the time of booking .
Balance of payment is required on arrival.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners . Both American Express
and Diners will incur a 3% surcharge at time of processing. Accounts can also
be paid by Eftpos or cash. Cheques will only be accepted for prepayments outside
of two weeks prior to arrival.
Check in time is after 14:00
Check out time is prior to 10:00
Requesting later checkout after 10:00 .
If you have a later flight, luggage may be stored at reception. Alternatively,
a surcharge may be paid for the use of the room.
This fee is $19.50 per hour and is subject to availability on the day of departure.
Requests for after 3 pm are charged at full day rate
On arrival, a credit card will be required for security against but not limited
to the following:
• incidental charges incurred including phone, tour deposits and the like
• any breakages or damages incurred during the stay
• excessive cleaning charges should the apartment be left in an unacceptable
state
• extra persons charges for overnight guests not registered on arrival
If unable to provide credit card, a cash deposit will be required which will
be returned on departure after the room has been checked. Current photographic
ID will also be required.
Guests have the option of purchasing daily serviced tariff which includes a room
attendant making the beds, taking out the rubbish, changing the towels or non
serviced tariff where it is the responsibility of the guest to attend to the
cleanliness of the unit including the removal of rubbish to the refuse area.
Failure to comply with this will incur an additional fee
If booking cancelled 28 days or more prior to arrival, a $50.00 administration
fee will apply. Less than 28 days, but more than 7 days, prior to arrival a fee
equivalent to one night’s accommodation will apply. If cancelled less than 7
days there will be no refund. A
no show on the day will incur the full amount to be deducted.
Toscana Village Resort will endeavour to ensure booking arrangements are met,
however does not accept any liability for any injury , damage, loss, delay, additional
expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which are
beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God,
civil disturbance, or to any other authorities including travel carriers, industrial
action or failure of machinery or equipment with maintenance requirements
